Our Farms

Today SOTAM oversees approximately 280000 olive trees of Arbosana and Koroneiki varieties conducted in intensive system and 85000 olive trees of authoctone varieties, Chetoui and Chemlali conducted in extensive system. They are located between the govornorate of Nabeul, a coastal region in the north of Tunisia and in the governorate of Beja and Zaghouan in a historical city . Our extensive groves are following an organic farming system. Mediterranean climate, the altitude, the aridity and exposure to the sun are important elements for the final quality of the oil and, as such, SOTAM considers them for the selection of its plants.
